How can I pay for the item?

When you “checkout” you will be able to choose Paypal or Credit card (and DD in Oz).

You don’t need a Paypal account to use a credit card.

In Australia I can also accept Direct Debit, for other countries I have found this to be unsatisfactory.

Where do you ship to?

I ship worldwide every Wednesday. Orders (were stock is available) received by Tuesday night will be shipped on Wednesday. I make all these products my self here in the workshop and I try to have stocks where possible. If an item is out of stock, there is usually more half made or almost ready to ship. Some items are made to order “MTO” and these take longer as they need to be made after the order is received. Each product has this information in their details.

How will I get my parcel?

Your parcel will be shipped to you using the Postal system.

How much will it cost to ship my parcel?

you can see a shipping estimate once you place the item you want into the cart.

Express shipping is also available.

How long will it take to get to me?

1 – 3 days (Australia).

3 – 21 days (USA).

3 – 28 days (Europe).*

3 – 32 days (other countries).*

*Parcels to Germany and Canada may take longer.

What if I want my parcel quicker?

Parcels can be shipped via an express post service (using EMI International).

Next day (AUS)

5 – 10 days (USA).

5 – 14 days (Europe).•

5 – 21 days (other countries).*

*Parcels to Germany and Canada may take longer.

What about taxes and duties?

Your country may/will charge you fees and taxes at customs, this is different for every country.

Please contact your local customs office (in your country) for more information on import taxes and charges.

What is the Warranty on the product?

I give a lifetime warranty on my products.

This means that if the product fails as a result of manufacturing fault, we will repair it for free and ship it back to you, (you need to pay for the shipping to us).

If the product wears out from usage, then we reserve the right to charge a restoration fee to bring the product back to working order, We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

We ask that before you return a product to be repaired, that you check cables and amps, and maybe read the instructions,

(most of returns are caused by faulty cables)

What if I am unhappy and want to return my product and get my money back?

We offer a 100% satisfaction Guarantee, If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will refund you!

We haven't got an official timeframe for this, but we trust you will know whether you like it or not within six months or a year...

Do I get my shipping cost back? you will be refunded any moneys paid to us.

The cost for you to get the item back to us we cannot take responsibility for.

We simply ask that you return the item to us the cheapest way you can.
